High school outsider, Joslyn, is thrilled when her charismatic BFF's ghost returns with her bedazzled cell app needing help to get into heaven, but her dead BFF becomes her worst frenemy when she learns that Joslyn has a crush on her grieving boyfriend.

"My Dead BFF" is a teenage romantic black comedy with a twist. It made the second round (top 15%) in the Comedy genre in the Austin Film Festival Screenwriting Competition in 2015.
