Thanks for the add, Hope!
Visiting Atlanta and the Chickamauga area of Georgia this week to scout locations and discuss production for upcoming film... eventually we'll need local actors for about a dozen roles. Unique, new, innovative and daring post-apoc. zombie movie - truly. Game changer. Anyhooo... can't wait to be in GA for some fun. :)
I live right near Chickamauga and I have experience in this genre. I would love to talk with you about this.....

Expand commentWe appeared with Matt Collins (the writer/director) on a net radio show out of Chattanooga. Here's the link: http://www.timothydeanblog.com/apps/podcast/podcast/245812 There's a long discussion of the movie starting about 20-30 minutes into the show (after a general discussion of zombies). Matt gives an excellent run down of the film and why it's a game changer... if you have the time, it's worth the listen. Oh, and, be warned it's not a PC conversation and def. NSFW. We'll know much more after this coming week about how much/little we'll be shooting in the Chat/Chick area. Right now though? It's looking like a lot .... we'll be running a Zombie Academy for about a week before the shoot. Intensive zombie training based on the scientific principles we lay out in our zombie science papers. My brother and I will be running the training. The zombies are going to be top-notch and we'll be tapping anyone with dance training to achieve the best choreographed zombies we can train. This film is def. NOT a "moaner/groaner" (or THRILLER) zombie flick. Multi-leveled, literary and inspired by Lord of the Flies (the survivors are children). So, yep, we should talk. :) ~Dave

We're 50/50 on shooting in March or holding out until next Oct. - a lot depends on how fast pre-production can roll and location permissions can be obtained. If it's soon, expect a notice for a casting call.... plus, well, hell, we'll be looking in the Chattanooga area for feature zombies - lots of screen time - there won't be huge zombie crowds in this flick (takes place in a small town)... so, plenty of face time on camera. We have a couple of A-listers on board for the leads, but, can't announce until the last lead is attached. Stay tuned.
