SYNOPSIS:

JESSIE, a street-smart fire breather on Venice Beach, knows how to work a crowd. CAROL, her 50+ grifter foster mom, just sees a money-making teenager who needs her to stay out of a state home. ADAM, a wealthy bookworm with an illegal side hustle, meets them both after running from a scam gone wrong.

Jessie and Adam strike up a free flow of an evening, that culminates back at Jessie's broken down car with Carol interrupting any romance -- as she spirals the evening into a brutal burning and mother-daughter dynamics gone terribly wrong.
