SYNOPSIS:

Visionnaires: Beginnings follows the tale of a group of individuals whose life decisions force their destinies to cross paths, giving them the opportunity to safe guard their universe from an imminent threat brought on by an evil, war mongering Emperor bent on galactic rule.

Preacher, a survivor of the Great War against the Hukronian Empire twenty years ago, is forced to put aside his personal feelings and confront the new Hukronian plot that threatens each of the twelve systems which make up The Council of the Twelve.

High Counsel Earl Bellamy plans to sign a peace treaty with the new head of the Empire, Emperor Curoque.Aware of Preacher’s opposition and his hatred for Curoque, Bellamy has Preacher framed and sent to prison to keep him from interfering in his politically ambitious plans.

Preacher is fortunate enough to enlist the aid of a handful of physically enhanced strangers whose personal circumstances have put them in position to respond to his call for help.

They are, a fellow prisoner, a quartet of bounty hunters, two police officers, a pair of fugitive mind tappers, a galactic security chief and her charge, shape shifting twins and the lone survivor of a planet’s destruction.

Once together they quickly become a team by breaking Preacher out of prison and returning him to the council home world in time to stop Bellamy’s quest for power and to ensure the safety of the Twelve.

Bellamy realizes too late that Curoque was using him to gain access to the Twelve in order to execute his twofold plan.The planting of his brutally efficient war generals within his enemy’s borders and violently taking over what Preacher has sworn to protect.As well as satisfying a long held grudge against Preacher, in his own sinister fashion, by stripping him of his powers.
