Their romantic adventure takes a dark turn when they encounter Mila and Donovan, a mysterious couple, at various motels along their route. The journey grows even more perilous when they have a tense altercation with a group of drunken rednecks at a gas station. These men, angered and emboldened, follow Delilah and Ben, forcing them off the road with malicious intent.

In a terrifying twist, Mila and Donovan appear out of the darkness to save Delilah and Ben, ruthlessly killing the rednecks. Grateful for their rescue, yet unaware of their saviors' true nature, Delilah and Ben continue their journey with Mila and Donovan. Strange and unsettling occurrences soon reveal the dark secret: Mila and Donovan are werewolves.
