One man's passionate monologue on law and religion unfolds, revealing the thin line between conviction and chaos—will his petition bring change, or simply the solitude he's chosen?

SYNOPSIS:

A man is sitting alone in his study at his computer desk, venting about laws and religion as he writes a petition he believes will change the world. Before the movie comes to an end, he tosses an American flag pendant on the paper, and then slams his quill pen inside of the head of a dead body propped against the desk.
