The cease fire in the war between struggling Earth and the technologically-advanced space colonies is jeopardized when a freighter on a diplomatic mission goes missing and former enemies Aleksey Amhail and Benjamin Thomas must put aside their differences to find the ship and preserve the peace.

SYNOPSIS:

2284. During a pitched space battle, Aleksey and Benjamin unknowingly face off and seemingly kill one another. Aleksey crashes to Earth, while Benjamin spirals out into space. Both barely survive and believe the other dead. Six weeks later, a cease fire is called. Benjamin retires against the wishes of his general, Rockaway, and struggles to figure out what he wants. Meanwhile, Aleksey, fights against her forced retirement and tries to convince her commanding officer, Noah, to allow her to return to duty. Rockaway tells Benjamin that his sister’s ship, the Adelaide, has gone missing and Benjamin takes charge of the investigation. He tries to track the Adelaide through her beacon and can’t. Noah calls Aleksey back and assigns her to the Adelaide investigation. Neither Aleksey or Benjamin are happy about having to work together and rush to find the ship. Aleksey takes a team out and searches the Adelaide’s last known location, where they are attacked by a group of rogue PLF fighters Benjamin listens to the Adelaide’s last recording and learns they were intercepted. Meanwhile, Dave, the Adelaide’s captain, has been captured by the PLF and is being interrogated for the code to the diplomatic pouch. In the final scene, Aleksey and Benjamin finally meet at the Port.
