When a disturbed teenager takes his violent aggression out on infants and small children, a Chicago detective, and his psychologist friend work together to stop the teen’s rampage and prevent a mass murder.
SYNOPSIS:
A psychopath throws a baby off a bridge in a Chicago suburb and then brags about it in a chat room devoted to hurting children. Disturbed teen Scott Lohman, a frequent visitor to the web site launches a vendetta of his own against tiny innocents. The media publicizes the attacks and sensationalizes them to gang activity, but Chicago detective Frank Patron knows this is the work of an individual. Meanwhile, Scott continues to be an escalating problem for his mother Nancy, so she takes him to meet with psychologist Jim Gage after many other professionals couldn’t help her boy. Gage grows concerned about the possibility of Scott’s violent tendencies hurting others and contacts Patron.
