Logline: Cora Glass has spent the past eighteen years leading a ragtag team of werewolf hunters, and now she finally locates the werewolf that slew her parents all those years ago - her own brother!

Sixteen-year-old Cora Glass witnesses her werewolf brother, Donny, slay both of her parents and then disappear into the night. Her family knew of Donny’s affliction and had designed a cell where he could safely spend the full moon nights. But the wolf influences the infected even during their human times and Danny disappeared that day only to return at night to reap havoc. Eighteen years later, Cora leads a team of badass werewolf hunters. She’s yet to find her brother. One of the team, Finny, is working on a cure to lycanthropy, though in Cora’s mind, once a person is turned, they’re beyond redemption. Against her better wishes, Cora allows a young man, Derek, who just lost his sister to a werewolf, to join the team. He seems remarkably ill-equipped for the life. The team learns of a pack of werewolves terrorizing a small isolated town and go to investigate.

They arrive to find evidence of werewolf attacks but cannot locate the pack before the first of three wolf moons. On the first moon they capture a werewolf, intending to interrogate her when she turns human, but in a haze of bloodlust, Derek kills her. The next morning, Cora spots her ex-boyfriend, Talbot. He and his team are hunting the same pack. Their encounter is confrontational – blaming each other for the break-up – but with playful undertones. Cora suggests the two teams work together, causing her current flame, Gabriel, anger. Finny feels he’s making progress on the cure. Meanwhile, Talbot shows Cora a video of the werewolf pack. Cora’s brother Donny is among them. Talbot comforts Cora concerning Donny. Becoming jealous, Gabriel storms off. The next night a team member is killed by a werewolf and Gabriel is bitten.

The next morning, Donny finds Cora and offers to take Gabriel, saying he’d be better off with them. Cora chases him off. Finny believes he’s found a cure and administers it to Gabriel. Talbot comforts Cora, they almost become intimate, but she sends him away. Gabriel is feverish and ill. He may not survive the cure. Cora comes to him. They reconcile. That night the wolves go on a rampage in the small town, killing many as the team tries to subdue them. Gabriel is instructed to stay behind, but follows anyway. Donny and another wolf escape into a factory. It’s large and maze-like. The team splits up as they search for the wolves. Cora comes across Donny but can’t bring herself to kill her brother. The werewolf lunges. Gabriel appears from the shadows, shocking Cora out of daze. She fires at the last moment, killing Donny.

One month later, Cora and Gabriel sit waiting for the moon. Cora has agreed to kill him if he turns. The moon rises. He’s feverish, has the shakes. A low growl comes from his throat. His eyes open meeting Cora’s gaze. The end.
