SYNOPSIS:
After years of research on a new science, Lucie, under professor Graham have come up with factual theories of creation. They compare the energy potential in all matter and have ascertained that there can be a possibility of creating life out of non living matter by the study of genetic activation energies in all matter. This, however, leads to a disastrous outbreak on the occasion where Lucie has to present a talk on their new genetic hypothesis. Running late to the ceremony, Lucie entrysts her access card to a newly recruited intern, Judith. There is an important supply of some Amoniacal compound, ordered by Graham to be stored in one of the quarantine rooms at the basement of the building and Judith has the responsibility to run the facility during Lucie and Graham's absence. Working in a dark and creepy basement doesn't seem right to Judith and her team, they willingly employ the help of Mark and Jake, to help fix the electrical fault. After tracing the fault that leads Judith and her team to the forbidden chambers, the emergence of a new and smarter species elope - the Aqua-sapiens. Exhibiting human and aquatic threats, these monsters, hungry and blood thirsty, pounce on Judith and her team. Meanwhile Mark, protecting Judith at all cost, fights his way but the appearance of Graham turns them all to baits for his creation. However, Lucie is repented of her action in helping Graham achieve his dream but she wouldn't let a new race blot out humanity. She joins forces with Judith and Mark who survive the gruesome attacks at the basement, to bring down the whole building. Mark is trapped with Graham at the basement after a long struggle while Judith and Lucie have just enough time to run to safety before the building explodes. The explosion drapes Mark, leaving Judith heartbroken, only to find Mark pop out of a pile of shattered bricks, helplessly. The laboratory is burnt down but is the city and Lucie's sister safe?
