An average man that has memories of a deceased super-spy, finds out he is a test subject in CIA secret experiment, and  takes the path of his counterpart to find out about a global conspiracy.

A CIA agent, JAMES completes his mission in Somali. He gets an order to deliver a five billion dollar computer chip to Admiral O’DONNELL who plays a dirty game behind the CIA. On the way, back to the U.S. James is killed. However, he manages to hide the chip before he dies.

Desperate to get the chip with offshore accounts and to save their career Admiral O’Donnell and Captain RILEY employ Wave Genetics scientists who are able to implant James’s personality into another person’s body. Wave genetics allows a transfer of DNA information from one recipient to another without physically cutting and replacing the genetic material.

For the DNA transfer, Captain Riley picks up CHRIS who looks like James. A doctor intentionally diagnoses Chris with false tumor and offers him to go through new non-surgical treatment. Unsuspecting Chris agrees to the offer. The experiment is a success except PROFESSOR NEBAUM’s glitch.

Chris, as James finds the chip, but now the enemies retract him into a race for survival. He walks a thin line between Somalian pirates and the people who created him. At the same time he, as Chris tries to figure out why he has memory lapses. Due to the glitch, Chris, as James gets in a situation that allows him to learn about the experiment and that he is just a duplicate in Chris’ body. At the same time, James realizes that the CIA people who created him as a secret product will not stop until they destroy both Chris and him. The situation seems hopeless when at the CIA Headquarters, Chris as James runs into the CIA Internal Investigator Roberta. She knows James is dead. Nevertheless, she reconnects with Chris and enlists assets to protect him. Riley’s attempt to kill Chris fails. Roberta and Chris now conduct joint investigation. They find the wave genetics professors and make them to run Chris through wave genetics reversed process. Beyond the expectations, reversed process turns Chris into a universal man, but James’ memory is partially altered.

The investigation trail leads Chris to Ukraine. There, he connects with Ukrainian Intelligence agent, ANA and learns that O’Donnell launders Somali money through Ukrainian military and political higher-ups.

Riley finds out Chris’ location and unleashes two assassins at him. Chris destroys both of them. Chased now by Ukrainian police Chris engages in another race.

Memory returns to Chris during a deep emotional splash. Memories of his previous mission in Ukraine send him on a desperate race to deactivate explosives at a Ukrainian nuclear power plant. The foes plan to bury evidence under the nuclear blast, which is only one week away.
