Universities across the country all have one common thread…their AV/I.T. department.  Come behind the walls of Becket University and see how this group of technical individuals handle the most unusual requests while trying to maintain their professionalism.

SYNOPSIS:

KEITH HATCHER is the senior AV tech at Becket University. Along with his team, TERRELL, FELICIA, and JOSH, they handle the day-to-day audio-visual requests that come through their office from the non-technical professors. MIKE CHUNG is also part of their office but he’s on the I.T. side of things which consists of desktop support and everything non-audio visual. At times Mike digs at the AV crew whenever they call on him for help but ultimately, they all work together for the common goal, which is to assist the customers in their building, no matter how crazy the request is. In the technology field techs tend to have dual talents. Most techs either aspire to be filmmakers or have a passion for the music industry. Keith is an aspiring filmmaker. He writes screenplays with the hopes of making it big one day and leaving his day-to-day job of tech support. Felicia is a tech by day and DJ by night. Terrell has a passion for sports. Mike is a gaming geek and Josh is just existing making it through the day with no necessary talents. Separately this group is very interesting in their individual lives outside of work but when the technology bat signal goes up in the sky, they all form together like Voltron to tackle the task at hand.
