SYNOPSIS:
Found in a water tank on top of The Cecil Hotel, Elisa Lam became one of the most mysterious cases in unsolved murder. Detective Frank Bloom has hit a wall on the case and begins to dig further and outside the box, finding himself between a dark supernatural force from the hotel and putting himself and his family in danger.
