As written, it seems a bit too vague. "Grievances come to a head in a way neither one expected"—what does that mean? What way? What causes these two to act? Give the inciting incident. What are the stakes, if any? Seems more a premise line than a logline. Perhaps give more detail and narrative structure. Hope that helps!
