LOGLINE: When three Vermeers are found at a Buenos Aires estate sale, 21st century Monuments Men go back in time to find the 1695 auction lists and check if the paintings are genuine.

SYNOPSIS:

3 episode mini-series Background information: The Dutch Paper -- TROUW: "As Dionne Staxs zegt dat 'zes schilderijen zijn verdwenen,' is dat niet het startschot voor een speurtocht, maar de waarheid. Op veilinglijsten uit 1695 staan Vermeers beschreven die nergens ter wereld meer zijn. Hoe hebben die eruit kunnen zien?"

Hello Rutger, this is an interesting concept, just a suggestion for the logline, "When 3 possible Vermeers are found during a private estate liquidation sale, the 21th Century Monuments Men go back in time to find the 1695 auction lists, in an attempt to find out if the paintings are the real deal."
