SYNOPSIS:

"Do or Die" is written along the lines of films such as "Die Hard" and "Cliffhanger." It recently finished as a top 10 finalist in the action category of the Final Draft Big Break contest placing in the top 1% of over 8,000 entires. The story follows a former pro hockey enforcer turned coach named Bo, who is the only person to escape when his team's bus is hijacked by unknown forces on New Year's Eve in Russia. With the surviving members of his team, including his 19 year old son, taken hostage to an outpost located in the frigid temps of the Ukraine mountains, it's up to Bo, with nothing but his bare knuckles and torn up business suit, to do the only thing he was ever good at - fight. As Bo takes on the assailants, he uncovers an intricate plot to extort billions of dollars worth of oil stock from a powerful Russian government official whose son also plays for his team.
