Set in Nevada, Karate Chicken is about the overfed Inner World chickens and the daring, adventurous Free Ranger chickens, who overcome their initial conflicts to unite and form a common force in order to confront their common enemies in a final showdown.

SYNOPSIS:

SKID, a fun loving, energetic and very inquisitive young cock shakes up their impressive, ultra-modern poultry complex with a lively Rhythm and Blues boogie, and then he goes back to his private quest to escape from the pretty poultry house in order to taste life at the outer world where the Free Ranger chickens dwell in absolute freedom.

KANE, a tough cock and co-leader with ROOKY of the Free Rangers, leads a hunting gang of over a hundred chickens as they venture to a thicket’s outskirt where grains and millets flourish wildly to harvest some for the hood. But luck runs out on them when SPIKE and SPOOKY, two opportunist Wolves lay siege and prey on some of the native fowls for lunch. Kane and about two third of the gang returns empty handed and with various degree of injuries. This causes panic in the hood as many become afraid that they might starve to death before dawn.

SHAGGY, BOB and SCUBA; three young, restless and adventurous Free Ranger cocks, with LUCY, a pretty hen always in their company, are onto one of their many adventures when they encounter Skid escaping from his beloved home and almost gets himself eaten by a predator HAWK save for the timely acts of Bob and his fellows. They pally, and Skid joins them home. Moved by the imminent starvation looming in the hood, Skid helps the Free Rangers invade the Inner Chickens’ pretty poultry house and cart away huge amount of food items that will last them several months.

Afterward Skid finds a poster of a beautifully barbecued whole chicken in Bob’s space, which causes him deep upset and of the realization that the image points to the ‘glorious beyond of no return’ they were told about from chick, and for which they should be proud of. Bent on informing his hood of the oblivious doom that has been their fate contrary to what they believed, Skid ventures back home, only to realize he has been banished on suspicion of being a traitor, and he is thrown out.

Not discouraged by the banishment, Skid together with Bob, Shaggy, Scuba and Lucy embark on a dangerous adventure down into the city of Las Vegas to unravel the mystery of the ‘glorious place of no return’. And indeed they found the place – the automated slaughter room of the Wiley’s Chicken Restaurant, an impressive three storey building restaurant – and they encounter big troubles as well when ABDUL the ruthless butcher, four other slaughter attendants and the harpy CHIEF CHEF finds the chickens out and unleash every weapon at their disposal determined to capture and slaughter the chicken gang as well. Will the chicken gang survive it in order to return and save the entire hood?
