"Jason Bourne as a black man in the 1950s."

It's 1955 in the deep south. An 18-year-old black man burns down the prison-like government facility where he was trained to be the perfect soldier.  In the process, he steals a top secret document and is now a fugitive from the FBI and Department of Defense.
