SYNOPSIS:

LOST IN SICKNESS is a 1-hour hospital-based dramedy about the staff of a hospital detox unit as they care for and endure the revolving door and non-stop flow of drunken, over-dosing, strung-out, tripping out, tweaking out, shaking, shivering, screaming alcoholic and addict patients who crawl in from the gutters and streets, are dropped off by ambulances, pushed out by taxis, and dragged in by loved ones to get clean – or at least not die – before moving on to the next phase of their lives… or deaths.

ER/Grey’s Anatomy meets INTERVENTION meets ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST.
