SYNOPSIS:

Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the Winchester brothers, Mulder and Scully. All fought against paranormal beings under the cover of darkness and in the shadows, away from the public’s eye.

Now imagine a world where humans and paranormal beings coexist publicly. With the signing of the Paranormal Amnesty Act, where paranormal beings are granted the same rights as humans, this is the world we live in now. Vampires work the night shift, succubi make great strippers, gargoyles are incredible bodyguards, and poltergeists are annoying no matter what. Whatever the paranormal being, they all need to follow the Paranormal Statutes. And when they don’t, the hardworking members of the Paranormal Police Department are responsible for bringing them to justice.

The members of the PPD aren’t your normal cops and detectives. They have to be able to run down a werewolf on a full moon, throw down with a stone gargoyle, outsmart a genie and banish a demon back to Hell. They’re the best of the best and they have fun doing it. Take the elite commandos of S.W.A.T., with the shenanigans of the cops of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, while investigating cases that would make Mulder and Scully jealous, and you’ll have the agents of the Paranormal PD.
