Who doesn’t like magic and dogs? This is about an adopted pit bull that discovers he has magical powers and enrolls in a secret training school for animal wizards in hopes of using his new found powers to find his missing pit bull family. There he finds magical friends but also enemies. He is challenged to become part of the Celestial Animalympics team where magic is used everywhere. In his journey he uncovers the many evils in the world that animals endure and is forced to battle these evils in an attempt to save lives. He doesn’t fight these battles alone. He has his two best friends, along with friends from the school at Asgard

The story also features empathetic characters and fun possibilities, re: how animal might have and use magical powers (Harry Potter only with dogs/animals). 

SYNOPSIS:

Merlin was born in a puppy mile. Kiya, Merlin's elder wizard rescues him from this puppy mill just before his is going to be sold to a dog fighting ring and takes him to a ranch. Merlin and his friends go to Asgard to learn about their magical powers and how to use them. While there Miracle who has visions and Kiya who with the whip of her tail take them to the alley where 3 men are preparing to kill a Pit Bull in Miracles vision. Kiya ends up stopping them by turning them into rats who get chased by cats so they know what it's like to be prey. These rats show up later at a shelter who is gathering Pit Bulls to euthanize. Merlin finds his brother in this shelter gets information regarding his mom and sisters.
