A blind widow orchestrates a chilling vendetta against her abusive family, while an obsessed detective races to unravel a series of murders, questioning the boundaries of her capabilities.
SYNOPSIS:
“Hide and See” is about a blind (not revealed until late) psychopath, Rachel (late 20s) who, after her husband’s accidental death, embarks on a vengeful payback for her abusive childhood perpetrated by her brothers and parents.
With her sister as devoted ally, Rachel organises a girl’s day out (without Rachel) and a family dinner afterwards. A now unmedicated Rachel returns to her familiar childhood farm early to confront her father alone, killing and disposing him without remorse. Next on her list are her two brothers and lastly, her mother.
At the coroner’s lab, the autopsy of Rachel’s husband reveals his death was not by ‘freezer accident’ as Rachel claimed.
The police act quickly to prevent multiple murder but are always one step behind, not realising that Rachel and her sister have executed the perfect plan.
