GENRE: Romance, Comedy
LOGLINE:

When a blizzard leaves two strangers stuck together in a small home, what starts as a sexy fling turns into a disastrous twenty-four hours when they must get to know each other beyond swipe right

SYNOPSIS:

"Sex & Snow Days" is "Knocked Up" meets "The Holiday": a snowbound romantic comedy where a one-night stand between a struggling comic and an ambitious lawyer turns into an unexpectedly heartfelt weekend of chaos, comedy, and self-discovery.

Wheeler McCarthy, a struggling stand-up comic with more charm than success, has sworn off serious relationships—until he meets Sasha Jackson, an ambitious lawyer with a taste for spontaneous flings. Their connection is meant to be a one-night stand, but Mother Nature has other plans when a record-breaking snowstorm traps them together in Sasha’s upscale home.

With no escape, their personalities clash and chemistry sizzles as they’re forced to navigate awkward silences, personal baggage, and Wheeler’s offbeat humor. Sasha, used to the structured life of billable hours and high-stakes legal battles, finds herself drawn to Wheeler’s easygoing outlook and self-deprecating wit. Meanwhile, Wheeler sees past Sasha’s polished exterior to the vulnerable, driven woman beneath.

As the snow piles up outside, their time together becomes an unexpected journey of self-discovery and comedic chaos. Between Wheeler’s questionable charm, Sasha’s sharp retorts, and a steady stream of disasters—ranging from a broken furnace to a disastrous attempt at gourmet cooking—they uncover that the connection they tried to avoid might be exactly what they need.

At its heart, Sex & Snow Days is a romantic comedy about two people from wildly different worlds finding common ground under extraordinary circumstances. With sharp dialogue, hilarious set pieces, and unexpected emotional depth, this film asks: Can a brief encounter in the worst storm of the decade lead to something real—or is it just a snowbound fling?
