SYNOPSIS:

Hutch, a small-town kid whose big city life hasn’t been what he expected, comes home to find his eccentric best friend is running for mayor of their tiny town -- much to the chagrin of the older town folk. Hutch tries to keep everyone on an even keel as the campaign spirals into hysterics. -- Think Garden State meets The Dukes of Hazzard.
