SYNOPSIS:

“MISSING” is a Spy Thriller set in post-Saddam Iraq during 2006-2007. Coop’s back from Iraq. We know it’s him by the bullet scar on his back and the messed-up relationship he calls family. For the past year he’s languished behind a desk—a government agent in name only. Saddam’s been executed and the whereabouts of his treasure becomes a government priority. Coop—motivated only to find the man who shot him—returns to Iraq to lead the search for the gold. Secrets are kept for a reason and when Coop uncovers them, all hell breaks loose. Forces work against him and people get killed. But, in spite of the obstacles, Coop discovers a connection between Saddam’s missing gold, a missing airliner and an uncharted island in the Indian Ocean. When Coop and his partner, Zoe, step onto the island, it reveals the biggest secret of all—people in Coop’s own agency are involved in a nefarious plot with international ramifications. Coop returns to Washington D.C. with a head full of rage and a duffel full of cash. Randy, Coop’s old partner and now the Deputy Director of the Agency, wants to take ownership of the money, but Coop has no intention of turning the cash over to him. The two men lock horns. Randy is determined to get the money, even if it means killing Coop or his family. Coop has to make a decision—betray family or betray principles. Coop and Randy meet, separated only by the duffel full of money. From a building across the street, a sniper sets his cross-hairs. A shot rings out…
