A young girl and her recluse mother move to a small town where they become the target of scorn by the local community. That is, until the loving truth is revealed.

SYNOPSIS:

Upon arrival in a sleepy, quiet town, a young girl and her recluse mother are unwelcome newcomers. They quickly become the target of the religious and spiritually inclined townsfolk who begin to talk and whisper about the mysterious mother. A mother rarely seen in public, and when she does come out, she is veiled and only appears at night.

The talk around town becomes increasingly fevered as time passes, but the young girl's spirit and determination are unaffected by the cruel whispers around her. Then one day, the young girl and her mother are invited to speak at the school. The young girl shares that her mother is not the monster the people thought her to be. Instead, she is a beautiful person whose actions of love transformed both of their lives forever.
