I think you have a great start here, but it seems to be lacking a chunk in that you don't tell us what they have to do. You have the set up and the antagonist ... and then what do the sisters do? Off the top of my head, I'm assuming it's something like: must work together despite their growing revulsion if they hope to have any chance of defeating the vengeful spirits that ... etc.
