SYNOPSIS:

Kimmy a young passionate filmmaker from Brooklyn, New York. She travels to Ethiopia to volunteer at the annual Film Festival. She becomes involved with a local man and finds herself pregnant. She and her family face unexpected challenges as she is torn between worlds. The one she knew and one she barely understands. In an attempt to keep her family together mistakes are made as she is forced to take part in human trafficking to get them out of trouble.
