When a police officer twin dies from a gunshot wound, his street racer brother takes his place and infiltrates the elite "Speed Guardians" unit to uncover the killer and expose the dark secrets behind the facade of law enforcement.

SYNOPSIS:

Seth and Zeke are twins who look identical but lead completely different lives. Seth is a rebellious street racer, while Zeke is a police officer working in the elite "Speed Guardians" unit, tasked with capturing street racers. The brothers have been estranged for a long time.

One evening, Zeke, wounded by a gunshot, arrives at Seth's home and dies in his arms, hinting at a terrible secret that got him targeted. Determined to avenge his brother, Seth buries Zeke in the backyard and, donning his brother's clothes, seeks help from his ex-wife, a nurse, to fake a gunshot wound and memory loss.

Posing as Zeke, Seth infiltrates the "Speed Guardians" and encounters the unit's leader, Walter, beginning his investigation. Striving to perform his new duties, Seth releases a street racer for speeding, earning a reprimand and a mentor named Bill. Seth and Bill arrive at an accident scene where Bill kills an injured street racer and summons a transplant team to harvest organs. Recognizing a friend in the murdered racer, Seth, horrified by the corruption, kills the transplant doctors and the fleeing Bill.

Shaken and seeking justice, Seth takes Walter hostage, sets up a live stream on YouTube, and threatens to kill him unless he reveals the truth about the assassination attempt and the black-market organ trade. Walter confesses that he orchestrated the murder to fund the unit. Ultimately, the police arrest Walter instead of Seth.

Starting as a selfish racer driven by adrenaline and personal gain, Seth transforms into someone willing to risk everything for justice and his brother's memory.
