The world and the west is under an attack by the evil robot Atlas and Dr. Hyde and Dr. Tenma. Only one teenager with robot powers can stop all three of them.

SYNOPSIS:

As Tobey now stays with Dr. Elfun, the events of the 1960's with JFK getting killed and the Vietnam really coming into a full dark circle, Astro Boy finds out that his father Dr. Tenma is working with an evil doctor name Dr. Hyde who is building another evil robot but this a robot that is the same age as Toby known as Atlas who unlike Astro Boy can actually age and grow up into an adult, and in the story, Atlas is responsible for killing Toby's friends and makes the world a more dangerous place causing Astro boy to go into hiding and sleep form 1960's to 1981. And Astro Boy has to stop Atlas, Dr. Hyde, and Dr. Tenma from destroying the United States of America and stop their evil plan once and for all.
