After the events that happen in Powerpuff girls, Dexter meets new friends of his own who end up accidentally becoming superheroes themselves. Dexter also finds Mandark also kidnapped Dee Dee and using his science knowledge and his new friends. Dexter has to save Dee Dee before it's too late and kill Mandark.  

SYNOPSIS:

Dexter now lives in New Jersey and he has a new lab in his new home. As he is at his new school he meets 3 teenage boys name Mark Glories, Vince Hallen, and Kirk Krankson. Mandark also hates Dexter's new friends and even kidnaps them and dumps him into a garbage truck in New York City. And his new friends get injured really bad and Dexter heals them in his lab, But sadly over night they become very powerful superheroes and they run away from home and Dexter has to find them. Dexter also turns into a superhero himself and he turns into the Superhero known as "Monkey" And Dexter also meets a college student name Elena Honeydew who is a student that goes to Syracuse University but is actually an undercover secret agent. Mandark eventually becomes a supervillian himself. And Dexter and his new friends become a superhero group known as the Justice Friends and they have to use their powers to save Dee Dee and stop Mandark.

At the end of the story, Dexter with help of jack Utonium wants Dexter to create a Secret agent agency for teenagers and they start creating the Cod name Kids Next Door in Detroit, Michigan just because at this point, Both Dexter and Samurai Jack agree with that Mojo Jo Jo might have a lot more deep connections to crime and other bad stuff that Aku never had before. And Dexter meets his pupil and leader of the Kids Next Door name Nigel Uno.
