A boy name Tobey Tenma dies in a huge accident in Upstate New York. But his father Dr. Tenma ends making a new version of his son using special liquid as he creates a teenage version of Toby. But as Toby is rebuilt, not only he does realize that he is a robot but he also sees a lot of danger as an evil robot name Pluto wants to destroy New York City with other robots he has created. Tobey ends up becoming Astro Boy and has to save the world and defeat the evil Pluto.  

SYNOPSIS:

In the 1960s a scientist name Turner Tenma is a really busy scientist who doesn't spend a lot of time with his son because of work. But sadly one day Tobey ends up getting trapped under a road around Upstate New York and he dies in an explosion that leaves the father really sad. And Turner ends up getting a really crazy idea to rebuild his son using special advanced liquid and he creates a teenage version of his son who looks human but deep in his body, is a robot with a lot of gadgets and weaponry. His son creates a new life for himself and he sees all the horror and craziness of the 1960s. Meanwhile another scientist also uses same metal and DNA on himself and his skin starts black and he starts growing horns on his head and he becomes the evil robot Pluto who hates Dr. Tenma and wants to destroy him and create robots of his own to destroy the west and blow up the White House in Washington DC. Tobey has to embrace his destiny and he becomes the Mighty Atom and becomes hero known as Astro Boy and defeat the evil Pluto and his evil looking robots.
