Jason, Kimberly, Trini, Zach, and Billy meet Tommy Oliver who sadly has a very awful streak and is brainwashed by Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. And the Power Rangers must save the world from the darkness of the green ranger.

SYNOPSIS:

After Emily's death, Jason still is feeling sad about what happen to Emily and still blames himself for what happen. But in the Middle East during the demise of the Gulf War, An evil and strange green ranger goes to Iraq and breaks into an army base and steels weapons from there. This turns out to be a teenager name Tommy Oliver who sadly is a very misguided and a teenager that really is hanging out with the wrong crowd of people and also a teenager that is brain washed by Rita and Lord Zedd. And Tommy in-counters the rangers as he gets very angry at Zach for beating him at an arcade game at the mall in Los Angeles and also destroying Zach's car really badly and getting into a fight with Zach in the parking lot. And Jason and Kimberly come to the rescue and the teenagers with attitude find out that Lord Zedd and Rita are disguised in human form as Ed Zedlar and senator Rachel Pierson who have very bad intentions of destroying America from the inside as humans and then also destroying earth as aliens as Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa. The rangers get ambushed really badly in Washington DC around the white house and Goldar and Scorpina attack Billy and Trini, and Zach finds out about Tommy using resources from President Bill Clinton and fights Tommy, and Jason and Kimberly are ambushed by Rita as she captures and kidnaps both Jason and Kimberly. And Jason is taken to the dark dimension where he has to fight the Green ranger. Kimberly sadly is tortured by Rita and placed in a very cold swimming pool and placed inside of a frozen Ice cube and she has to be rescued by Zach and taken to the command center to recover. Later on what happens is that Zedlar and Senator Pierson invade the white house and demand that President Clinton release the names of who the power rangers real are. And Senator Pierson/Rita causes President Clinton to resign from the presidency and Rachel sadly becomes the President of the United States and as president she in-acts an executive order to the FBI and CIA federal agents to go after Jason, Kimberly, Trini, Zach, and Billy and arrests them and locks them into a federal jail facility in Washington DC. And what happens is that during a speech, Rachel revels to the nation who the power rangers are on national television. And the rangers escape and they fight Rita and Zedd and Tommy in their Dino-zords around mainly places around the United States and also overseas in big time war like battles. The rangers are able to defeat Tommy and finally kill Rita Repulsa.

But it sadly comes with a big pierce as the United States of America has found out who the power rangers. And the whole country starts going to complete choas as people are scarred and shocked and some government people think the power rangers are a threat to national security and a lot of choas is going around and the general public are getting more scarred and think the power rangers are their enemy.

Through the final moments of the story, Jason, Kimberly, Trini, and Zach and Billy are exspelled from Angel Grove High School and are taken to Washington DC as the United States supreme court has the final vote on the fate of the teenagers. With Zordon by their side as Lawyer Ben Hannity he does the best he can to fight for the kids. But it proves far too little and far too late as the judge places all of the rangers of government house arrest. And they are forced to not stay with their parents anymore and are placed in homes in different states, and all of them have to be servlanced by the government, and they also have to go to doctor appointments and best medically tested on in and go to a lot therapy as well. And they also have to go different schools. And towards the end, the Teenagers with Attitude now are powerless as now they are placed under custody of the government and that in the future without the power rangers, America and the world will be in more mortal danger then ever before.
