A New Yorker fakes a real estate deal for the purpose of evicting his ex-wife and daughter from an apartment building he owns, but ends up losing the half-million-dollar property for real, "thanks" to the lawyers and judges he hired to cover up the scheme.

A Real Estate Businessman Dave conspires with his employee, fabricates an estate selling deal for the purpose of evicting his ex-wife and daughter from the apartment building he owns. To ensure the success of his scheme, he hires top lawyers, and bribes several New Jersey Supreme Court judges. Only, the victims see right through his plot and boldly expose his treachery in court. To save their own skin, those tainted legal professionals have no choice but to turn a phony business transaction into a “legitimate” one. Consequently, Dave loses the half-million dollar property that he tried desperately to protect…
