SYNOPSIS:

Directed by the secret Cabal that runs the world's finances and governments, the Governor and would be US President, puts his niece, Rosamund Alvarez, in charge at the Hollywood DMV. Her task: remake the DMV into a prototype for a government for the people. Add the Rev., former TV Minister there to find the face of the living God on Earth and you have a mix that has the potential to change hearts, minds and lives in ways that just may save our species on Planet Earth.

We see the evolution of Rosamund from academic to activist, the Governor from Politician to World Leader for sustainable change and the Reverend from Preacher to Convert to do Good in the world and let God take care of Heaven. The supporting ensemble cast of humorous and gifted DMV workers plus the quirky and sometimes miraculous characters who come through that DMV door, make for some surprising and delightful episodes for positive change.
