Navajo legend and reality collide when two Navajo teenage boys form an unlikely bond as bully and victim - becoming allies in pursuit of a demon mercilessly attacking the bully in his dreams.

SYNOPSIS:

A bullied Navajo teenager lives vicariously through comic books. He is fascinated by the story of the legendary Hero Twins, saviors of their people from a race of monsters. Beaten into a coma by a classmate who is driven to violence by demonic visitations, the two enemies ultimately communicate in the dream state, become friends and hatch a plan to defeat the demon that has tortured the bully for years. In the end, the boys slay the demon and save their community, becoming modern versions of the hero twins of Navajo legend.
