I think this has potential. It's a good concept if the script is written well. I'd keep it moving at a fast pace. Keep it full of funny moments. If it moves slow, it could come across as corny.

This Logline has far too much fat on its muscle in my opinion. My take:

When a bariatrician finds herself drowning in student debt, she puts her Philadelphia life on hold to take a job in a small southern town dying of obesity-related illnesses.
