SYNOPSIS:

This is the story of two best friends who have worked together for most of their lives and suddenly find themselves under unexpected circumstances. They each must choose the path they want to follow and accept the consequences to their friendship and personal lives.

After the cancelation of their cop tv show, the show’s stars, Tim Lawson and Derek Duncan are unable to find other gigs and decide to join the Police Academy and do some real police work. With contrasting family dynamics, Derek excels in the academy whereas Tim’s drug habit sees him deeper in debt with drug dealers. In order to pay his debt, Tim becomes a corrupt cop working for the drug cartel as a mole inside the Police Department. In a drug bust Tim is coerced to shoot Derek leaving him for dead.

Derek is recruited by the FBI and undergoes face reconstruction. With a new face and undergoing intensive treatment for his short-term memory loss, Derek goes to work on an undercover assignment as a janitor for the local high school. Things have certainly changed...

Tim is now a top rank in the cartel and has taken the Duncan family under his wing... his daughter is kidnapped and battered by the cartel... there is a mole inside the FBI... local politicians are involved with the cartel... and his own father in-law is a kingpin!

In the midst of the cartels’ war, Derek has a breakthrough in therapy. Now, Derek’s thirst for revenge escalates and he is on a mission to bring down the man who destroyed his life and separated him from his family.
