WORLD: Two thousand years after the creation of humanity on the planet Hominis, Keepers (magical beings similar to Middle Earth) watch over the planet and add glory to the Gods. But humanity has not yet earned the glory necessary to create their own God. Conflict between the two groups forced the Gods to create a 200 year “cease fire”, in hopes that mankind will produce another sorceress to bridge differences. Keepers and Humans live in separate territories to prevent bloodshed. As the “cease fire” nears its end humanity searches for the next sorceress of mankind.

This is where we meet...

Rose/Gloria (21) – Scrawny, intelligent, better with animals than people. Rose is soon to become the sorceress of mankind, but is torn between her desire to reunite with Keepers and her fear that those she loves will be sacrificed for a hopeless cause. She's a skeptic, stuck in her pain from the past.

PILOT: Rose’s family convinces a reluctant Rose to allow courtship. But finding a mate who appreciates Roses’s unique talents and views is not easy, especially in the Old Country where the family recently moved. As Rose explores possible mates, strange magical happenings threaten to unravel her already fragile world. Crazed creatures have wandered from Keeper territory and attack villagers. A magical Beast deep within the nearby woods tries to seduce Rose, through a magical wind, to come to him. Despite this, Rose decides on the most suitable partner, only to have a world-shattering vision that will push her down an unforeseen path towards her glorious and terrifying destiny.
