SYNOPSIS:

At a UN resolution all Countries agree to convert 25% of their defense budgets to budgets for SDG implementation. The Global Defense Industry and Carbon Intensive Industries agree to convert 25% of their business to SDG conducive products like solar panels, wind Mills, equal opportunities education institutions in poor countries, etc. It becomes a Win Win World when all stakeholders see the World becoming more peaceful and better 25% at a time.
