SYNOPSIS:

From his decision to comment illegal acts to kick people out of their apartments. To the paid under the table construction workers most of whom are undocumented. Finally we learn about the people who move into what was a rent stabilized apartment now turned hipster glam pad. Each episode takes us into the inner workings of the modern American housing industry.
