Feel free to ignore my comments, but here's what I felt was wrong with the logline:

- It's unclear if the two escaped prisoners are the two teens.

- The pair are teens but they're connected with a "cannibal witch" from their past? It just strikes visions of them being reincarnated and there's no other hint at this, so I wonder if you could've explained it better?

Lastly, cannibals and horror-comedy just feels like you've entered into the no-go zone. I mean: sure, horror can be funny, but I just don't see how people could laugh at others being eaten alive.

1. How about, "After their families are slaughtered by a pair of psychotic escaped prisoners, the two surviving teens..."?

   2. Explaining the actual connection would be a pretty heavy third act spoiler.

   3. Ever seen Cannibal: The Musical? Sure, it's a delicate balance, but readers so far have complimented me on the way the horror and comedy are interwoven.
