A German soldier, who is a former street gangster from Berlin, is captured by American forces and sent to a prisoner of war camp outside of a small Oklahoma town where he must outmaneuver a gang of Nazi thugs as he builds and controls a criminal enterprise of extortion, bribery, and murder within and beyond the barbed wire of the camp.
