SYNOPSIS:

David Smith is a 17 year old foster kid and has been in over 7 homes due to bad behavior. His most recent home is in Norfolk, VA where his father was stationed at the Naval Station. David’s parents had been in a really bad car accident causing his father to die on impact. David’s mother was pregnant with him during the accident, once she was admitted to the hospital she was rushed into surgical c-section where he was born .She died on the O.R table. David is now 18 years old and is ready to join the Navy where he plans to continue his fathers journey as a sailor.
