Under the care of her Russian Nanny, a spy, a rebellious teenager, daughter of the American ambassador to Russia is kidnapped, then carted off to Siberia. She wants to marry her Russian boyfriend whose relatives, unknown to her, are the kidnappers

SYNOPSIS:

My post Soviet era comedy is set in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Moscow and Siberia. HERB STEVENS, the owner of Black Eagle brewery is called on by his old school chum, US PRESIDENT VINCENT KILEEN. He makes Herb his Ambassador to Russia and to carry out a top-secret 'special' mission. Herb accepts, then informs his daughter SUSAN and her boys, RONNIE and MATTHEW and her rebellious teenage daughter SHELLY. Susan and her boys are ecstatic. Not wanting to leave her boy friend and school behind, Shelly throws a tantrum. To the dismay of his employees, Herb leaves his brewery in the hands of THELMA, his grouchy but loveable personal assistant. At the Whitehouse, the President and Herb play a scary joke on the boys in the Lincoln bedroom.

It's off to Moscow. Susan hires MARINA as her Nanny to teach the boys Russian. Little do they know, Marina is GENERAL ARTICH'S spy. At a Moscow hospital, an electronic eye is implanted into Marina. It has a 2-way TV and radio in it. Shelly falls in love with a young refusenik, NARY OSH. Soon after, Shelly is kidnapped by LEDNICK'S thugs, then carted off to Siberia.

At the Siberian Hotel Ayanka, Humvee's full of US Marines race on scene. US Colonel PECKERWOOD is in charge. General Artich shows up with a truckload of Russian soldiers, commanded by Colonel MONKEY STREKLA. On horseback, Herb and his men follow Nary into the forest. Meanwhile, US Marines and Russian Soldiers party it up in the hotel. Nary and Shelly want to get married at his father's, LEDNIK'S hide-out. President Killeen and Premier NICOLAI, arrive in helicopters. Shelly and Nary have a grand Russian wedding. Then back in Moscow, The Premier, the President, and Herb announce to a stunned media, that they have concluded an earthshaking international agreement for Herb to open the first American Brewery in Russia.
