SERIES LOGLINE: A trans woman with a mischievous fire elemental becomes caught between the opposing secret societies. Both groups want to know how she got her elemental and to recruit her. She navigates this new world, learning about their ideologies, making friends and enemies, faces her worst fears, and hurtles closer to her destiny: saving the world.

SYNOPSIS:

Two secret societies with very different ideologies control who can have elemental symbionts and the power they provide. They even control who knows about the elementals. Or so they think. Krissy, a trans woman, who belongs to neither group, has one. Once discovered, she will encounter both secret societies and learn what's good and bad about them. Both will try to woo her to their cause.

Other characters are aware of (and wary of) a third rogue group who have their own dark ideas about elementals. When this group finds Krissy, her worst nightmares come true.

Used as a pawn, the fate of mankind will depend on her…
