In 1992, the U.S. Navy experimented on a new Team to alleviate some the simpler tasks of the Navy Seals. It created the VBSS (Visiting Board Search & Seizure) Team to combat crimes on the high seas.

SYNOPSIS:

I was on the very first VBSS Team in 1992, when we were just an experiment. An incident happened that they swept under the governmental rug for 6 years. They brought the teams back in 1998 and have been going strong ever since. I feel this would make a great streaming series different from any other military concepts, including several Navy Seals programs and films.
