To avoid Madam Ong and her missing chihuahua, Kong assigns himself to discovering the truth behind an apparently evil "toyol" reeking havoc in the community. If the dark arts lurk in the neighbourhood, Kong has to find the culprit before the hysteria grows to dangerous levels.
