An Angel and a Demon, bored with tempting humans to do Good or Evil, decide to open a restaurant. It’s hard to tell which is worse, having to adapt to their new human bodies, or having to work with actual humans. (Good Omens meets Cheers!)

SYNOPSIS:

Bored with tempting humans to do good or evil, Angel Izzy and Demon Liv decide to open a restaurant so they can assess humans more efficiently. God is curious about Izzy’s newfound free-will, more so since he is the first Angel to have it since Satan, so She allows the experiment to go forward. Satan is intrigued but also concerned because Liv’s performance review didn’t go smoothly, “You haven’t been Demon of the Month in over 1200 years!”

Hiring for their new enterprise proves difficult so they decide to augment the staff with some folks they know in Purgatory.

The series will revolve around Izzy and Liv’s mutual attraction and repulsion, especially as they have to adapt to their new human bodies, Izzy having chosen to be a tall thin man and Liv an attractive young woman (“I thought this would inspire lust and envy, you know, a win-win.”).
