SYNOPSIS:

Police Detective Sarah Mason juggles her demanding job while trying to raise her teenage daughter Lily in the small coastal town of Darkwater Bay. She must cancel their Spring Break vacation plans when Sarah is called to investigate a gruesome murder at the docks, the first of a series of killings that will soon shake the town to its core.

As Sarah delves deeper into the case, she discovers a disturbing pattern: only men are being targeted, and strange symbols are carved into the bodies. The murders coincide with the groundbreaking of the Baywater Condo Project two years ago, which disturbed unmarked graves on land once owned by the reclusive Blackwood family.

Sarah learns from the Historical Society about the dark legacy of the Blackwoods, who were rumored to have practiced witchcraft. She also discovers that Talia Morgan, the enigmatic owner of the town’s bookstore and coffee shop, is a direct descendant of the Blackwoods.

With Talia’s reluctant help, Sarah begins to uncover the truth behind the ancient curse tied to the disturbed graves. Meanwhile, the malevolent force behind the murders grows stronger, targeting Sarah's daughter Lily with the intent to possess her.
